One evaluation is one API-processed audio file, up to 50MB, regardless of length.
At quota, calls return HTTP 429 with a clear message. A mid-month upgrade applies the new quota at once.
Evaluations reset each billing cycle; unused ones do not roll over.
Yes. Free includes 500 evaluations each month, with no time limit or credit card needed.
